These Terms of Service govern your use of the HorseFlow website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

This store is operated by HorseFlow, Ulica Jakova Gotovca 56, 43000 Bjelovar, Croatia. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HorseFlow. Contact: myhorseflow@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

We do our best to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable EU taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

6. Shipping and Returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and your right of withdrawal are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Intended Use and Safety

HorseFlow products are wellness and recovery tools intended for use on healthy horses by responsible adults. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or injury in animals or humans.

Use the product only on large muscle groups as described in the included guide. Avoid joints, bony areas, the spine, the head, open wounds and inflamed or infected tissue. If your horse has a known medical condition, is pregnant, is recovering from injury or surgery, or you are unsure for any reason, consult your veterinarian before use.

You are responsible for using the product safely and for the wellbeing of your animal. We are not liable for injury or loss resulting from misuse, from use contrary to the instructions, or from use on an animal for which it is not suitable.

8. Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on this site reflect the individual experiences of customers. Results vary from horse to horse and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, video, graphics, logos and the HorseFlow name — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Content on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under EU consumer protection law, or excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with its security features, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe the rights of others.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it. Please check back periodically.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
